In this episode of the 8-Figure HVAC Brands Podcast, Netrocket founder Daniel Dramshev visits Fuse Service in Santa Clara, California. Founder Adam Fuseman gives him a tour of the company’s headquarters, from the sales floor to the warehouse. The visit was filmed in February 2025, when Fuse Service had just closed 2024 with $36 million in revenue.

Three business lines

fuse service podcast

Adam starts with an overview of the company. Fuse Service runs three verticals: the operating business in San Jose, a franchise system called Fuse Service HVAC & Appliance Repair with 48 locations sold, and Fuse Club for other home services owners.

“They can do HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning. Whatever they do, we can help them grow their business much faster than they could by themselves.“

The first stop is the awards wall. It includes a recent Yelp advertising award for the company’s in-house marketing agency and supplier awards from brands like Mitsubishi.

Departments and teams

Next, Adam walks through the main office. Each trade has its own director, and the teams sit in separate areas.

“We have separate directors for each direction: electrical, plumbing, and HVAC service. The guys sit separately, but they’re all connected by the same target for the whole company.“

Along the way, Daniel meets the installation directors, the sales reps, and the permit division, which Adam calls the most crowded part of the office.

Dashboards and installation videos

In the common area, screens show each team member’s results for the month and the year.

“They can compare apples to apples with each other. Someone wants to be in first place all the time, and that actually drives revenue.“

Another TV plays examples of proper and improper installations, so the team can see each other’s mistakes and avoid them.

Company history

Adam stops at a wall with team photos from 2019 to 2024. Next to it are all the Fuse Service logos, from 2017 to a new one released in 2025. He compares the logo changes to how Apple’s logo evolved.

Fuse School

A large part of the building is Fuse School, the company’s training center. The next class will have 16 students, and crews are installing a new HVAC system so students don’t freeze during class.

“Education is very important for all of us and for all our operations. If they don’t know how to do things properly, we’re going to fail on the operations side.“

Adam shows a model house where HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will be installed together, a brazing and welding station with exhaust, and separate zones for each trade. There’s also a real walk-in cooler model, since Fuse Service holds a refrigeration license in California.

Warehouse and backyard

The tour ends in the warehouse, which has two gates for incoming equipment and one for outgoing.

“All the equipment for each customer order is collected in one spot. In the morning, it’s loaded into the vans and goes to the customer’s house.“

Out back, local recyclers pick up scrap metal from the dumpster for free.

Wrapping up

Adam closes by inviting viewers to learn more about the franchise and Fuse Club.

“If you’re interested in working with us and becoming our partner, you’re welcome.“

Daniel recommends Adam’s YouTube channel, Adam Fuseman, for anyone already in home services or thinking about starting a business in HVAC.
